The Lambeth MSK app (powered by getUBetter) is provided free of charge by Lambeth for patients.

It can be accessed on a Smartphone or on the Web and guides you day-by-day through a sequence of exercises and tips to help you get better from a range of new or recurrent musculoskeletal conditions:

The app will also connect you to your local; treatment, healthcare providers or support services if needed like Physiotherapy.

Bereavement

Suicide Bereavement Service

The South East London Suicide Bereavement Service supports people who have lost someone to suicide across the boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. We work with people who live in these boroughs and those whose loved one lived or died in these boroughs. The service is provided in partnership with South East London Mind. 

We’re here to help you in the aftermath of loss, offering practical support with things like funeral arrangements, as well as emotional support throughout the grieving process. We will also signpost you to other services that may be of benefit, depending on your needs.

The service is available for people of all ages including children and young people who feel they may benefit from support. 

Our support team includes Suicide Bereavement Support Workers, Community Chaplains and a Bereavement Counsellor.

St Christopher’s Hospice

Their adult bereavement service supports anyone whose relative or friend was cared for by St Christopher’s or anyone referred from the London Borough of Bromley. They have dedicated bereavement help points, assisting people in the community who are seeking support following bereavement, a community bereavement service offering free telephone and face-to-face support and they provide information and confidential, one-to-one counselling to bereaved people over the age of 18.

Royal Trinity Hospice

Their bereavement team is on hand to support family members, friends, children and carers through the emotional impact of grief. There is no time limit for this support. Understanding and coping with bereavement can be very difficult for children and young people. This is why they offer bereavement support specifically for them. They also provide guidance to parents and carers on how to explain death and grief to children and offer advice to help families and teachers support a child or young person through this experience. The bereavement team also organises events throughout the year that allow bereaved families, friends, and carers to remember, celebrate and reflect upon the lives of those who have died.
